Peel, core and slice apples.
Add apples and water to Instant Pot.
Seal lid, hit the manual button and adjust time to 5 minutes for large apple chunks. You may want to cook for less time if you have smaller pieces of apples.
When cooking time ends, allow the pressure to release naturally. Remove the lid. Add cinnamon to taste, mash with potato masher as course or smooth as you like. No sugar needed, apples are sweet already!
