1 (15 oz) can chickpea with reserved water for thinning
2 clove garlic
2 T fresh lemon juice
pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Process all except water (aqua faba). Add liquid as needed for desired consistency.

Alternate:
After processing, stir in chopped green onion, Dijon mustard & turmeric
