German Chocolate Upside Down Cake by

Ingredients


1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 16 oz. package Powdered Sugar
2 Sticks butter
1 8 oz. package of Cream Cheese

Instructions

Mix above and put in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix one German chocolate cake mix by package directions and pour over coconut and pecans. Melt 2 sticks of butter or margarine; add one 8-ounce package cream cheese. Beating until well combined. Add one 1-pound box powdered sugar; mix until creamy. Pour over cake mixture. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
