elbow macaroni pasta with spicy kaldereta and tomato sauce mix topped with shrimp and tilapia bits (basically i prefer tahong coz that's how it was called "Open" meaning without the shell, or even salted fish "daing" bits but any seafood will do), red chilli pepper (labuyo) cut into smaller pieces and parmesan cheese..
