Ingredients
1lb ground beef chuck
1 tsp minced garlic
1 med onion, chopped
1 can corn, drained
left over or fresh mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
brown ground chuck, garlic and onion.
In an 8x8 baking dish layer meat, corn, potatoes and cover with cheese.
Cook at 350 degrees covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
