Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup butter
4 T. Cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 cup

Instructions
Mix flour and sugar.
Combine water, oil, butter, and cocoa in heavy saucepan.
Bring to a rapid boil, stirring to mix well.
Pour into flour mixture.
Add milk, eggs, and vanilla, mix well.
Bake in pre-heated oven @ 300 degrees, for 40-45 mins in a well greased and floured 13x9 pan.
Frost with Hot Fudge Frosting
