Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
I cup Confectioners’ Sugar
2/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Waffle Cones

Ricotta Cheese
2/3 cup
Mini Chocolate Chips
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Mix with hand mixer or standing mixer cream cheese and ricotta cheese together for about 2-3 minutes until it’s fluffy. Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar and continue to mix. Add vanilla extract. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Serve with broken waffle cones or graham crackers and serve!
