1/4 cup cocoa powder
Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milky way and Twix, chopped
1/2 cup M & M's candy
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip

2 cup s all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/3 cup milk 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1 tsp salt 1 cup milky way and Twix, chopped 1/2 cup M & M's candy 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt & cocoa together.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Cookie Dough: Beat margarine, sugar, milk, vanilla extract and salt. Fold in candy bars and M & M's mix well.

Spread over the crust.

Topping: Spread cool whip over the cookie dough.

Decorate.
