Mama's Amazing Meatloaf by
Vineskl
This recipe was developed by me after my husband's revelation that he preferred a "louder" meatloaf. This has big bold flavors, doesn't need gravy like most other meatloaf recipes. Amp up the flavor by refrigerating overnight, cut thick slices and re-warm over a grill with hickory smoke chips. WOW! You'll never look at meatloaf the same!
