A recipe for 8 yummy baguettes with bacon, made in bread machine.

Ingredients
- water: 245 ml
- salt: 1.5 tsp
- olive oil: 1 tbsp
- sugar: 1 tbsp
- wheat flour type 650: 410 g
- fresh yeast: 13 g
- smoked belly bacon: 65 g
- parsley: 1 tbsp
Instructions
1. Cut bacon into small pieces. You can fry it a bit, but it's not needed.
2. Add all ingredients except bacon and parsley. Remember to crush the yeast, so it will mix with the flour better.
3. Start program for baguette (No. 1).
4. After signal for additional ingredients (about 25 minutes) add bacon and parsley.
5. When the machine signals that it finished mixing, take out the dough and put on a pastry board (covered with flour). From half of the dough form 4 baguettes and the other half cover with a cloth. Put the baguettes to the machine and start baking.
6. When the first 4 baguettes are ready, form next 4 baguettes from the rest of the dough and bake them as well.
