Vegetable salad with fish - herring version by

Ingredients
- herring fillets in oil: 1 container (200 g)
- potatoes: 300 g
- apple: 0.5 medium
- onion: 1 medium
- napa cabbage: 150 g
- canned peas: 0.5 container (120 g)
- mayonnaise: 75 g (5 tbsp)
- sour cream or natural yoghurt: 30 g (2 tbsp)
- optionally: young carrots: 50 g or small sweet potato
Instructions
1. Cut potatoes into cubes of the same size and boil them. Boil also carrots if you are adding them.
2. Cut onion into halves and pour boiling water on them to make them mild.
3. Chop apple, onion and cabbage.
4. Cut the herring into pieces (about 1 cm x 2 cm).
5. Add peas.
6. Blend mayonnaise with sour cream.
7. Mix thoroughly all ingredients except potatoes and carrots. Add potatoes and carrots and mix it gently.
