Chłodnik / cooler soup (buttermilk version) by

Ingredients
- cucumber: 200 g
- chive / spring onions: 0.5 of bunch
- lettuce: 2 outer leafs
- buttermilk: 400-500 ml
- salt and pepper
- water and milk
Instructions
1. Peel cucumber and cut it into half-slices or small cubes.
2. Chop chives.
3. Tear lettuce into small parts.
4. Mix all above in a bowl, add some salt and pepper.
5. After 5-10 minutes add buttermilk and some water + milk to reduce sourness (at your discretion, for lactose-free don't add milk at all, cause it will be too sweet).
6. Mix it.
Serve with potatoes topped with fried bacon
