Mackerel paste by

Ingredients
- smoked mackerel: 1
- white cream cheese (e.g. ricotta): 300g
- onion: 2 medium
- oil or clarified butter for frying: 2 tbsp
- lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- spices: black pepper, salt, smoked pepper
- optionally: dill or parsley
Instructions
1. Remove skin and bones from the mackerel. Mash the meat.
2. Chop the onions and fry until golden-brown.
3. Use blender to mix mackerel, fried onion, cheese, lemon juice and spices.
4. Put to the fridge to cool the paste down.
Serve on a bread slice.
