Ribs in mustard & honey sauce by

Ingredients
- pork ribs (4cm pieces): 700 g
- mustard: 2 tbsp
- honey: 2 tbsp
- mayonnaise: 1 tbsp
- spice mix for poultry (fenugreek, coliander, red pepper, savory, black pepper, basil)
- chilli mix
- smoked pepper powder
- black pepper
- salt
Instructions
1. Sprinkle ribs with spices.
2. Brush with mustard, mayonnaise and honey.
3. Keep it in a cool place for 24 hours.
4. Take out from the fridge and let it warm up to the room temperature (about 1 hour).
5. Roast in the oven in 180℃ for 45 minutes (alternatively roast for 3 hours in 120℃).
Serve with potatoes.
