Shrimps with pasta in garlic butter sauce by

Ingredients
- shrimps: 200g
- pasta: 175 g
- red bell pepper (Ramiro): 0.5 big
- olive oil (for frying)
- white wine: 150 ml
- guar/xanthan gum: 0.5 tsp
sauce:
- butter: 3 tbsp
- spices: wild garlic, salt, paprika
Instructions
1. Mix butter with spices.
2. Boil the pasta.
3. Chop shrimps and pepper.
4. Fry pepper on a bit of oil.
5. Add garlic butter and shrimps. Fry for about 1 minute.
6. Add wine. Fry for about 1 minute (till the alcohol evaporates).
7. Add guar gum to thicken the sauce.
8. Add pasta.
9. If needed add salt and wild garlic.
