Pork: Ribs in american sauce by

Ingredients
- ribs: 0.5 kg
Marinade:
- honey: 2 tbsp
- ketchup: 30 ml
- olive oil: 1 - 1.5 tbsp
- wild garlic, chilli
- salt: max 0.5 tsp
Instructions
1. Prepare the marinade. Marinate ribs for 1 hour.
2. Bake on grid in 180°C for 40 minutes (for ribs 5-6 cm wide). Turn them over every 15 minutes and cover with the marinade.
Serve with parboiled rice.
