Chinese cuisine: Stir-fry by

It's a quick to make meal. Preparation takes about 5-15 minutes (depending on chosen vegetables). Frying lasts only 5 minutes.

Ingredients

- pork: 350g

Some of these vegetables:
- red pepper
- chilli pepper
- shallots
- onion
- chives
- broccoli
- zucchini
- carrots
- mushrooms (champignon or shitake)
- bamboo in water
- Mung bean sprouts
- snow pea
- ginger root
- garlic
- parsley leaves
- sesame seeds

Sauce:
- lime or lemon juice
- honey or sweet chilli sauce
- soy sauce or ginger sauce
- sesame oil

- oil (not olive!)
- chinese chow mein noodles: 200 g

Instructions

1. Cut everything.
2. Prepare noodles (soak in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain).
3. Pour oil to wok and set high heat.
4. Fry the onion & garlic for 10 seconds, stirring. Then add the meat.
5. When the meat turns brown, add soya sauce and honey to glaze it.
6. Add some vegs that need longer frying (pepper, carrot, mushrooms, ginger). Then add sauce ingredients.
7. Add rest of vegs (snow pea, zucchini) and again sauce ingredients.
8. Add noodles and mix. Add more sauce ingredients if needed.
9. Add chives, parsley and sesame.
