For dough use the recipe for pierogi.

Ingredients

- dough like for pierogi

Filling:
- dry mushrooms: 100 g
- onion: 2-3 medium
- olive oil
- salt, pepper

Instructions

1. Rinse mushrooms, then soak in water for 15 minutes.
2. Boil until tender.
3. Chop onions and mushrooms.
4. Fry onion until translucent, then add mushrooms and fry for a while.
5. If the filling is too sticky, add a bit of breadcrumbs.
6. Add salt and pepper at your discretion.

If the dumplings don't need to be lenten, use lard instead of oil. Then, instead of adding breadcrumbs, put the filling to the fridge for about half an hour before using it.
