- pork neck: 500 g
- Thai holy basil sauce (Kanokwan): 50 g (1 sachet)
- mushrooms: 100 g
- green bell pepper: 1 medium
- oil (for frying): 3 tbsp

Instructions

Serve with rice (I used basmati)
