1-2 Pounds frozen Potatoes O'Brien
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 C chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt

1 C sour cream
1 C cream mushroom soup (cream of chicken soup)

Instructions
Saute the celery in the melted butter. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
