Cajun Corn On The Cob by

If you want to add seasoning to your corn, I recommend Lowry's.

Ingredients

- 5 ears of husked corn (Best if freshly husked)
- a little bit of Zatarain's crab boil (like 1/8 - 1/4 of a cup- the more the spicier)
- water
- grated parmesan cheese
- about a stick butter

Instructions

1. Husk the corn
2. Boil water in a large pot. When it gets to a rolling boil, add desired amount of crab boil and 1/8 of a stick of butter
3. Boil the corn for about 8-10 minutes (or longer if you want it more tender)
4. Remove corn from water.
5. Using the rest of the stick of butter (while corn is still hot) melt it on each cob (cover each in butter).
6. Sprinkle the corn with grated parmesan cheese. --- All done!
