Ingredients
1 cup rice
3/4 can tomato sauce
1 TSBP Knorr Boullion, Granulated, Chicken Flavored
2 cups water
1/2 onion
1 cup

Instructions
Rinse rice in hot water. Drain. Heat pan with a bit of oil. Brown the rice to gold colored. Remove from heat. Drain oil. Add tomato sauce, water, Knorr, and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook till water is absorbed.
