Chinese Chicken Casserole by

Ingredients

2 cups diced chicken (Giant's rotassarie chicken is the best)
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup toasted Almonds (toast on broil)
2/3 cups Mayo
1 Tbsp dried onion
1 can (10 3/4 oz) mushroom soup
White Pepper
A few drops of lemon juice
Small jar of mushroom pieces
3 oz. can of La Choy Chow Mein Noodles

Instructions

Mix everything together and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cover top with Chinese Noodles and bake for another 10 minutes.

NOTE: If you do not start with warm chicken, you may have to bake it longer.
