Easy Chocolate Truffles by

Ingredients
1 package (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 packages (12 squares) BAKER's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Ground walnuts, unsweetened cocoa and/or BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

package (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 packages (12 squares) BAKER's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
1         
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.  Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well.  Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.
Shape into 1-inch balls.  Roll in walnuts, cocoa or coconut.  Store in refrigerator.
