Hibachi Shrimp by

Ingredients

12 jumbo shrimp, shelled, tails removed, butterflied
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
pepper

Instructions

DIRECTIONS

Heat a wok or skillet over high heat letting it get very hot, at least 5 minutes. Add shrimp and butter, then add soy sauce and lemon juice. Fry until cooked, about 2 minutes. Add pepper to taste and serve.
