• 2 c. flour (self-rising)
• 2 sticks butter
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 c. Pecans
• Bowl of confectioners sugar
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar add vanilla, mix flour in. Stir in pecan nuts. Roll in balls and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
