Ingredients
3 large eggs; beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 dash salt
1 unbaked 9' pie shell

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350º to 375ºF until well set, about 45 minutes.
