Ingredients
couple heads of garlic
EVOO
butter, softened
Basil
Instructions
Just take a couple heads of garlic, slice them in half crosswise, a little EVOO, S & P and seal in foil. Place in pre-heated oven, toater oven or on the grill at about 350-400 degrees for a good 45-60min. Let cool so you can handle, squeeze the cloves from the heads, smush them smooth, add to softened butter, season to taste with Salt and fresh ground black pepper, fresh basil &/or whatever other herbs you like… Warm bread..oh man, I’m hungry!
