Easy Enchiladas by

Ingredients

1 pound hamburger meat
1 pound Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Instructions

Brown hamburger meat; drain. Mix in the seasoning mix according to the pkg. directions with 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the enchilada sauce. Lightly butter tortillas and place in a large freezer bag and heat in microwave for about 30 seconds. (this helps you to roll them up without tearing) Spread a little of the sauce on the bottom of a medium size casserole dish. Put the meat mixture in each tortilla and roll it up. Put in dish with the seam facing down. Top the enchiladas with the remaining sauce and cheese. Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. Warms up really well.
