Beef Stew by

Ingredients
2-3 pound chuck roast cut into 1 inch chunks. (Stew meat that you buy is mystery meat....Don't buy it.)
5 potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
2 cans of French string beans with the liquid
1 small jar of cocktail onions with the juice (This is found in the canned vegetable aisle or sometimes in the pickle area)
1 28 oz can of whole tomatoes
1/2 cup of tapioca (It is found usually on the top shelf of the pudding area. Small red box. Do not buy tapioca pudding.)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
This works great in a crock pot, but you can also make it in a 350 degree oven. It needs to cook for 7 hours Just put all the ingredients in the pot.
I usually serve biscuits with this.
