Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar (1/4 cup monkfruit sweetner & 1/4 cup date sugar)
1 tbl cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups sliced peaches (3 cans)
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbl applesauce
1 cup flour
1 tbl sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Stir in the peaches and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole; keep peach mixture hot in oven.
Mix the applesauce, flour, 1 tbl sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot peach mixture.
Bake until top is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
