Mango Orange Pineapple Creamsicles by

Ingredients

1 can coconut cream
1 orange, peeled
pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
Frozen cubed Mango

Instructions

Put the entire can of coconut cream in the blender. Add your peeled orange. Blend. Add 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks (no juice). Blend. Add frozen mango until it becomes thick but still able to be easily poured.

Pour into Popsicle molds. If you have any leftover you can add more mango to make thicker like ice cream and eat it. OR enjoy as is. Sometimes I put it in the freezer till it gets thicker.
