4 item(s) frozen hash brown potato patty prepared without fat
3 large egg white(s)
3 slice(s) uncooked Canadian-style bacon, diced
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce, optional
1/8 tsp table salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
8 tsp ketchup
Instructions
Spray lg nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and place over med heat. Add the hashbrowns and cook till the bottoms are crispy,7-9 mins. Turn and cook until crisp,about 5 mins. Meanwhile, whisk together eggs,bacon, pepper sauce,salt,and pepper in med bowl. Spray second lg skillet and place over med heat. Add the egg mixture; cook , stirring occasionally,just until set,about 2 mins. Place the hashbrowns on 4 plates. Top each patty with one-fourth of the eggs and serve with 2 tsp ketchup each.
