This is so good - I half the recipe and use one pre-packaged graham cracker crust since I don't need to eat this much pie by myself! Very easy to make cook time is actually the chill time.
Ingredients
1 1/2 c butter, divided
2 c graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c confectioners' sugar
5 ripe bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz) container Cool Whip
chopped pecans (to taste)
maraschino cherry (to taste)

Instructions
1. Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs.
2. Spread in bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
3. Mix remaining 2 sticks of butter with eggs and sugar for 15 min with electric mixer (DO NOT SKIMP ON THE TIME - do it for the whole 15 minutes!) Spread mixture over crust.
4. Cover with sliced/chopped bananas.
5. Top with pineapple, then top with Cool Whip.
6. Sprinkle chopped pecans and cherries on top.
7. Refrigerate overnight.
