Ingredients

2 large bananas, ripe, peeled
1 med avocado, ripe, peeled, pitted
2 c frozen strawberries or frozen cherries etc.

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until totally blended.
2. If desired, add sweetener such as agave nectar, to taste.
3. Place in freezer-safe bowl with lid & freeze until hard.
4. Scrape out to serve & enjoy!
