Ginger Cookies by

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
4 tbsp of maple syrup or coconut nectar
3 tbsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg whisked
1
1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/4 cup

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Combine all wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Either roll into balls and flatten slightly on a tray or if your mixture is a bit runnier but the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes and try again.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cookies have reached a desired consistency.
Remove from the oven and let cool down.
