Primal Burgers by

Ingredients

Beef Mince
Egg
Cumin
Coriander
Parsley
Dried onion
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Burger buns - see recipe in bread section

Herbslaw
Spinach
Salad seeds - see others section for recipe
Mayo

Cheese

Avocado

Paleo tomato sauce

Instructions

Make burger patties.
Mix mince with an egg, dried onion, some dried parsley, cumin, coriander, garlic salt and pepper.

Make patties and cook.
When patties are nearly cooked put a slice of cheese on top so the cheese starts to melt a bit.

Mix together the herbslaw, spinach, salad seeds and mayo.

Construct burgers

Split buns and spread tomato sauce on the bottom section of bun. Spread avocado on the top section.
Place the meat pattie on top of the sauce and then pile on the herbslaw mixture and put on the buns lid.

Serve with carrot or kumara fries.

These are way more filling then you would expect and very, very YUMMY YUMMY in your tummy!!!!!
