Ingredients
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 ripe Banana
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Almond Milk
2 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Walnuts
1/4 Pecans
2 tbsp ground Flaxseed/Linseed
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbsp Date Puree
Fresh Berries (optional)
Shredded Coconut and Sliced Almonds to serve

Pumpkin Seeds

Walnuts

Pecans
2 tbsp
ground Flaxseed/Linseed
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
ginger

Instructions
In a Food Processor combine, pecans, walnuts, spices, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds. Pulse mixture until a course and grainy 'ground' texture is achieved. Be careful not to grind until it looks like powder.
Whisk eggs and almond milk into a thick combination that looks like a loose custard consistency.
Blend together the mashed banana and almond butter then combine this with the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Slowly add the ground grain textured nut mixture.
Heat in a medium saucepan until the mixture reaches a good consistency. Ensure to stir regularly.
Add fruit to give a different flavor also, add more almond milk if mixture is very thick.
Top with shredded coconut and sliced almonds.
