Mint Choc Balls by

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pitted dates
3/4 cup whole raw almonds
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp mint essence/extract
8 squares of Whittakars 72% Dark Ghana Chocolate
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Place your dates into a food processor and process until the dates are broken up and start to form a ball.

Add in all of your other ingredients and process until combined. It will probably look quite crumbly and not come together easily so gradually add in some water (about 1 tbsp) until your mix comes together.

Form your mix into balls with your hands and place in the fridge to chill.
These raw bites keep best in the fridge, however, they can also be frozen for longer storage.
