Banana Ice Cream with Coconut Chocolate Sauce by

Ingredients

Bananas - one per person

Coconut cream or milk

Dark chocolate

Half a tin of coconut cream or milk with 4-6 pieces of dark chocolate

Instructions

Peel and slice bananas. Put in a sealed container and freeze for over and hour.

When ready to serve, whizz in the food processor until the bananas look like ice cream.

To make the sauce, put the coconut cream or milk into a small sauce pan and add the chopped up dark chocolate. Melt the chocolate at a low heat, stirring often.

Pour over the banana ice cream and eat up. YUMMY!!!!
