Garlic Roasted Asparagus (Paleo) by

Ingredients

• 2 lbs asparagus, trimmed
• 2 TBSP olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, thinly slices
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss asparagus with oil and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
3. Roast until tender and browned in spots, 15 to 18 minutes.
4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
