Chicken and Broccoli by

Ingredients

2-3 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 inch piece of ginger finely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
3-4 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 broccoli
2 tsp corn starch

Instructions

In a pan, lightly coat with olive oil and heat over medium/high. Add in garlic and ginger for 30 seconds before adding chicken. Cook for a couple minutes or until browned. Add 3/4 of the cup of chicken broth, soy sauce, and sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add in the broccoli and cook until broccoli and chicken have reached desirable heat and tenderness. Mix cornstarch with the remaining chicken broth and stir into mixture. Cook and stir until sauce is thickened.
