Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. chicken
3/4 c. butter
1 onion
1/4-1/2 c. flour
Chicken stock (1-2 cans)
Frozen veggies
Salt
Pepper
Thyme

Instructions
Cook chicken. Add 3/4 c. butter and sautee onion in the butter. Add flour and chicken stock until it is a gravy-like consistency. Add frozen veggies and spices.
