Ingredients
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 13 ounce can Pet Milk (Evaporated)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 13 ounce jar of marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
Cook milk and sugar over medium heat for at least a half an hour. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add the other ingredients; stir. Place in greased 9x13 pan and one small pan.
