Ingredients
Meat Mix
6 oz Ground Beef
1 1/2 oz Sweet Onion
1 oz Green Pepper
Soup Mix
1/4 oz Jalapeno
1/2 cup Beef Broth
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
4 oz Diced Tomatoes
Spice Mix
1/8 tsp Minced Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 oz Strong Coffee (optional)

1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Instructions
1. Heat a pan to med heat. Brown the Ground Beef with the onions and green peppers
2. In a pot, add the jalapeno, beef broth, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.
3. Add to the pot the Minced Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, and Salt. Mix well.
4. Add to the pot the optional coffee. Mix well.
5. Add the Ground Beef, Onions, and Green Peppers to the pot. Place on the burner at medium heat and cook until it starts boiling.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 20 minutes. Can simmer for up to 4 hours - the longer this cooks the better it tastes. If doing so, add 1/4 cup water occasionally.
