Fajita Chicken Casserole - kiy by

Ingredients

1/2 tsp Olive Oil
7 oz Chicken Breast
2 oz Green Peppers
2 oz Red Peppers
2 oz Onions
1 oz Cream Cheese
2 tsp Fajita Seasoning Mix
2 2/3 tbsp Sour Cream
1 oz Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cut the Green Peppers, Red Peppers, and Onions into thin strips.

2. Add the Olive Oil to a pan and cook the Chicken in the oil over medium heat.
3. Once the Chicken is done, remove from the pan and put aside. Leave the pan on the burner.
4. To the pan add the Green Peppers, Red Peppers, and Onions. Cover and cook/steam until the desired tenderness.
5. Add the Cream Cheese to the Vegetables to start melting/softening the cream cheese.

6. In a bowl, add the Fajita Season Mix and the Sour Cream. Mix thoroughly.
7. Start Preheating the Oven to 350F
8. Add to the bowl the Chicken, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Onions, and Cream Cheese. Mix thoroughly.

9. In an oven safe dish, place the contents of the bowl.
10. Top with the Cheddar Cheese.
11. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
