Ingredients

Meat Base

11 oz Ground Beef
2/5 oz Jalapeno pepper, diced
3 tsp Taco Seasoning Mix
1 tsp Chili Powder

1 oz Tomato Sauce
1 1/3 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded


Pie Crust
==================================
2 2/3 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 1/3 tbsp Almond Flour
2/3 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1 Egg
2 tbsp Butter, melted
~ 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and break up into clumps.
3. Add the diced Jalapeno Pepper, Taco Seasoning Mix, and Chili Powder to the skillet. Mix and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. In an oven safe dish, place the contents of the skillet and spread evenly.
5. Top with the tomato sauce and then the shredded cheese.

6. In a large bowl, add the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix.
7. Add the egg and butter and mix.
8. Slowly add water and mix until the batter is still thick - but spread able.

9. dollop the batter over the beef mixture in the dish and then spread evenly.
10. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
