1 oz Protein Powder, Vanilla
1/4 oz Sugar Free Pudding Mix
5 tsp Allulose (sugar)

Instructions
* Allulose is important. Most sugar replacements don't suppress the freezing point of water, so they will make hard and dense "ice cream". Allulose suppresses the freezing point of water in a similar way to sugar.
* Pudding Mix is important. Without it, the recipe doesn't seem to expand as well, creating "ice cream" that is too dense.
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Set up and start the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.
3. Pour the ingredients into the Cuisinart and start mixing.
4. Mix for 20 to 25 minutes. Near the 15 minute mark, you may need to assist the mixing process.
