High Fiber Crackers - keto - kiy by

Ingredients

5 1/2 tbsp Wheat Bran
1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tsp Olive Oil
3/4 cup Water

1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cookie sheet with oil or water.

2) In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. (wheat bran, flour alternatives, and seasoning).

3) Add the oil to the bowl and mix well. You should see the dry ingredients get a darker color as they coat in the oil.

4) Add the water and mix. This will be a wet mix, not a dough.

5) pour onto the cookie sheet and spread evenly.

6) Place into oven and cook for 10 minutes.

7) Open the oven and score the crackers. Bake for another 15 minutes.

8) Turn off oven and let the sheet sit in the oven for 1 hour.

9) Remove sheet from the oven. Turn the over back on to 250 degrees.

10) Remove the crackers from the baking sheet and break them up along the score lines. Put them back on the baking sheet, upside down.

11) return to oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
