3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/16 tsp Smoke Paprika

Instructions

1. Hard boil the eggs. Shell them.
2. Cut the eggs in half, placing the yolk in a dish. break up the yolk into a powder.
3. Add your seasons to the yolk and mix.
4. Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix.
5. Spoon the mix into the egg halves.
